I have been a chef for over 30 years and been cooking around the world. So I have a versatile and vast experience in different food.
Our main goal is to serve only quality fresh, clean, lean and healthy food. We only use quality ingredients locally sourced from farms and butcher alike. We use only biodegradable containers and cutlery. All our food is homemade with English assured and traceable vegetables and meats
We have a menu based on Mexican food and we also have different menu alternatives as we can cook different type of street food cuisine depending on the event's demands.
