Description:
Our 3rd year of doing Party in the Park and it just keeps getting bigger and better, it's to be held on the 30th of August on Kingsway Park, Kirkby in Ashfield from 11am till 6pm. There will be rides and attractions for the kids, a dog show, vintage cars, live music, 40s dancers, stalls and food outlets and much, much more.
We are looking for kids' rides and inflatables and craft stalls and food outlets. There's no electricity on site so you must have your own generator, we charge £15 per pitch for craft stalls (you need your own tables and gazebo) and we charge 10% commission on total takings for kids' rides and food outlets. We will not be taking any bookings for tombola stalls and raffle stalls this year, sorry but we do our own raffle and tombola to raise funds for our other events.
