We bring authentic Neapolitan street food to your markets, festivals, parties and any sort of celebrations.
Our pizza is the result of years of experiences and passion. Our slow rise pizza base is made with sourdough starter imported from our families in Naples. We bake it in our stone fired oven at 450C - 500C, the edges are soft and airy while the bottom is thin and tasty.
Who are we? We are two Italians chefs but first we are pizza lovers. We have 30 years together experience in catering as chef and front of house manager. We consider ourselves professional, reliable and passionate about our food.
We operate from 3x3 pop-up gazebo professionally designed and well presented, under our gazebo we have our large stone fired oven installed on a trailer with eco-friendly hot water system. Our large oven can bake up to 3 pizzas at the same time in 90 seconds; this allows us to cater for large group of customers without any inconvenience.
