I am a new business and am very interested in taking part in local markets, I do Longstanton village market, Over village market and Hemingfor grey market regularly. I also sell food to The Ale Taster in St Neots, The Barn in Cardington, the Cambridge Cheese company and Franklins farm shop, Thorncote. I make homemade and traditional food with a unique twist, all my ingredients are sourced locally and fresh. I do a variety of different pies and like to change the fillings each week, I also make different types of scotch eggs with a runny middle, different types of pork pies, several types of pasties, sausage rolls, quiches and any kind of cheesecake/cakes.
I do all the cooking myself and make everything from scratch in my own kitchen. I can also cater for parties with either a homemade buffet or traditional hog-roast.
