Description:
The general format for this event will be as in previous years. It will be a traditional family fete including stalls with games, some selling produce, others providing infomation about local organisations etc. There will also be a programme of activities including arena displays and many other attractions for all ages. There will be no charge to gain entry to the fete or for parking and several of the children's activities will also be free of charge. The primary focus of the fete is to bring the Winnersh Community together by involving local organisations, businesses and individuals. We also want to support local community activities. Local businesses/crafters/organisations are preferable.
The fete will be open to the public from 13.00 - 16.30. Pitches on Bearwood Recreation grounds are normally 4x 4m and participants must provide their own tables, chairs, shelter etc. If you are a business; you must provide a copy of your public liability insurance and a risk assessment for your stall. Access to set up will be from 09.30 - 12.30.
The fete is now a well established event for Winnersh and Sindlesham communities and we very much hope that you'll help us make this another successful year!
