WHITWELL VILLAGE DAY.
Saturday 20th June 2020 from 1pm - 4pm.
Our village day is a fun day out for all of the family including the dog!
We offer a wide range of attractions including traditional fete side shows, a dog show, food, rides and demonstrations. From welly wanging, face painting, dog agility, coconut shy, croquet, wheel barrow races to Village bake off and walking football competitions - we cover it all.
We are looking for a variety of stalls to complement our village cake, tombola and plant stall regulars. We welcome stalls selling crafts, products or services and stalls which include demonstrating skills or activities. Sorry, we don't need stalls selling food or drink for immediate consumption as the village provides all the cateringbut gift foods or take-home foods would be welcome (such as artisan sweets, bakes or preserves for instance).
Our rates are very reasonable offering the perfect opportunity to promote your business to new markets. Outdoor pitches available for £10 payable in advance. Please email for further details and a booking form. Please bring your own table & gazebo.
Free entry for the public.
All proceeds raised will support village amenities and our nominated charity this year – Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.
Our event will be advertised by posters, signs and via social media.
