Description:
Whitchurch, Morcombelake & Ryall Country Show. Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2020, 2 - 5 pm.
Situated in Whitchurch Canonicorum, a West Dorset village, 3 miles inland from the coast. The show is held at the village hall and adjoining field with a large marque. Our annual show is over 100 years old and attracts a good mix of locals and holiday makers. The dog show is particularly popular.
We would like a variety of stalls to complement our committee regulars. Sorry no food stalls for immediate consumption, as our committee provide this.
The event is advertised locally on social media and local press, we also advertise it at all local holiday parks, which helps to attracts a large number of tourists.
All proceeds go to local charities, last year we donated over £3000. The Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance and Julia's House Hospice were 2 of our charities.
Range of pitches available. £10 in advance, some indoor. Please bring own table and gazebo if required.
