Description:
This is an annual event which grows each year in size and attendance. There are lots of charities based at the centre who will be having stalls to raise funds.
The centre is based is in a very low income area, so we try and keep costs and as low as possible.
We are looking for a variety of stalls and entertainment. Music, puppets, childrens games and activities, face painting, arts & crafts, home made goods, collectables, toys, all things for a summer fayre!
The event is on 21st July from 10.00/10.30 to 2.30/3.00pm.
The Centre is on one level and barrier free. There is free onsite parking as well as on street parking.
Gates open to stallholders from 8.30am and then open to the public at 10.00am. Entry is free.
We have mainly inside stalls and some outside spaces. Stalls are offered on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Tables are £15.00 each, but for each additional table booked, the charge is £10.00. This is a non returnable fee. If you are a charity and can provide your charity number, there is no charge.
We have a cafe which is providing refreshments and a BBQ. Other stalls include Raffle, Tombola, Bric-a-Brac, plants, 2nd hand clothes, books, dvds, toys.
