Description:
A stunning venue overlooking Swanage Bay.
A magical weekend full of Fairies, Pixies and Mermaids. Dragons and Elves.
Acrobatics, Magic spell shows, Live interactive mermaid show, Bubble disco, Walkabouts, Fairy Queen, Fancy dress parade. Treasure hunt,Drummers, Jugglers, wood carving, Live music, Dancing, Glitter and Fairy wings
We are looking for up to 40 quality Magically themed preferably handmade stalls selling jewellery Fairy doors, Toadstools, Wand whittlers, Enchanted artists, Folk clothing, Hoola hoops, fairy houses, Face-painters, herbalist, Spiritualists, Fairys, story tellers, sparkles, Balloonists, Brooms and driftwood. Shells and treasures.
Event times are Saturday 22nd August 10.30am-7pm. Sunday 23rd August 10.30am-7pm.
Overnight camping for traders. Fri 21st August & 22nd August only.
Set up Friday 21st August 12pm-6pm.
Toilets and private showers on site for traders.
Prices include Fri 21st and 22nd Overnight Camping. Use of trader showers and toilets, Pitch fees for 2 days trading

Ticket Prices for 2020
Under 4's Free (accompanied by at least 1 paying adult)
£5 per Little Fairy 4-16yrs (Must be accompanied by at least 1 paying adult)
£7 Larger fairies 16 - 150yrs
Family ticket bookings must include at least one paying adult.
Family of 3 £15. Family of 4 tickets £20.
Family of 5 Ticket £25.
Family tickets also will be available.
Entrance fee will include interaction with the professional fairys and elves, Juggling, side shows, Live music, Magic spell shows. Mermaid interactive water tank, Free photo shoots. Fancy dress parade (judged by our My Mayor of Swanage) Dancing competitions, Treasure hunt, Bubble disco, Acrobat show and more.
The first of its kind for Magical Bay of Swanage!
Event, social media and website launch will be end of Feb 2020.
25% of all the profits are going to the little schools of Purbeck, Dorset.

We are taking names and details of you expressing an interest in trading with us. if we think you are suitable for the event we will be in touch and send a link to the booking form in the next 21 days.
All traders must be fully insured with public liabilty.
Power will be supplied for a charge (on booking form).
No generators allowed on site.
