As a result of previous successes, we are pleased to announce the return of The Great Vintage Fly-In Weekend 2020. Aviation fans are being offered a rare opportunity to see vintage aviation classics at Europe’s largest annual fly-in of civilian-owned historic aircraft.

A selection of beautifully restored machines that were sold during major sales of surplus wartime aircraft at RAF Kemble (at the end of the Second World War), can be seen at the event. We are looking for stallholders to attend, and your business has come highly recommended.

Cotswold Airport has everything you need for an unforgettable event: breath-taking views, beautiful surroundings and a thoroughly unique location that will give any event the wow factor. Our unique facilities are in an area with good road and rail links. The mainline station at Kemble allows access direct from London and the airport is easily accessible via road from many major UK cities.

Available Pitches

We are looking for:

• Alternative food vendors to work alongside AV8 (our restaurant) and the AV8 food van. Ideally vendors selling crepes/sweet treats, vegan food, gluten-free options etc.)
• stallholders who are linked in any way to aviation
• stallholder who appeal to families

We have available thirty 3m x 3m pitches outside for gazebos. These will be available at £30 ex. VAT per pitch. Pitch holders will need to provide their gazebo and tables. Electricity is not available outside, but you may bring a generator.

Pitch holders will need to hold stallholders' insurance which includes public liability insurance - proof of this must be provided upon booking (can be as low as £40 per annum).
