Description:
After the success of our Summer Fair in 2019, we are again holding the whole event on The Denny Recreation Ground, the wonderful open space in the centre of our village.
There will be a variety of stalls – crafts, food, jewellery, collectables, books, plants, pictures, tombola and games including our very popular “Horse Racing”.
Refreshments will be available during the day and there will also be a barbecue and beer, home made cakes and scones, ice creams and Pimms in the afternoon.
CSD Brass Band along with a dance display and gymnastics display will be providing entertainment along with others.
Entry to the event is free and free parking is available.
BOOKING INFORMATION
- A single 3m x 3m pitch is £20
- A double 6m x 3m pitch is £35
- A single business pitch 3m x 3m is £25
- A double business pitch 6m x 3m is £45
No food outlets are required, arrangements have already been made.
CONDITIONS
- Stallholders are to provide table and chair plus a 3m x 3m gazebo.
- No power is available to stall holders.
- All stallholders will need to supply a copy of their own Public Liability Insurance with their Booking Form. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any liability, loss or damage in relation to your pitch.
- Spaces will be available from 8.30am for setting up and vehicles must be cleared from the recreation ground by 10am. Vehicles are not permitted to stay on the recreation ground unless in exceptional circumstances they have permission. Vehicle access may be restricted if ground conditions demand it.
- At the end of the event please clear the immediate space around your stall and either take your rubbish home or use the bins/bags provided.
- Once booking is confirmed, no refunds will be given.
