Trading at Milton Keynes Pride Festival.
Your organization or business must be fully inclusive of everyone in the LGBTQ+ community
The appearance and presentation of your stall is important, as are the goods you are proposing to sell. We are looking for quality offerings that suit the festival and its wonderful pride goers. Full of good quality products, at a good price for the public.
Pitches are not allocated on a first come first serve basis; we ask for as much information as possible within the application.
We are providing on site market stalls with tilting.These pitches are located in a fixed location onsite, there will be a maximum number of trading pitches available.
Stall dimensions 10 x 7 foot
Front counterboard included if required
Trading hours between 12pm-7pm
Price Per Stall pitch £150 inclusive of VAT (TBC).
Traders must have public liability covering no less than £5 million.
Successful traders will be given an allocated time slot.
Near by allocated parking is limited to one car or van only.
There will be no traffic movement during stall opening hours.
Traders are limited to two staff passes only.
Please note applications with no photos will not go through the selection process.
We recognize efforts made by traders and will be running a competition for the best-dressed market stall. The reward will be a free pitch for the following year.
Our event is licensed for 10,000. Please consider your stock levels for an event of this size before applying.
All rubbish must be removed from site before, during, and after the event in the provided skips. You are responsible for you own waste.
We do not allow the collection of cash or data on behalf of charities.
No sub letting, sub contracting or sharing of stalls without the express consent of the organiser’s permission.
We expect the trader applying to be the trader on site.
Alcohol can only be sold from the bars and will not be considered for a market pitch.
In your application you will be required to list everything you wish to sell on site.
We are very careful to minimize product clashes across site during the event. Successful traders can only sell approved products by the market rainbow team.
We do not allow duplications on traders. To apply, please email us with pictures of your items/a set-up at another event, along with any relevant websites/links to social media platforms.
