Description:
Kirkwood’s Open Air Cinema will take place on Saturday 20th June 2020.
We are looking for food & drink stalls to join us as we encourage guests to enjoy refreshments and picnics before and during the movies!
We will have 2 showings throughout the day, a family showing at 3pm and an evening showing at 7pm.
Guests will be encouraged to arrive around 60 minutes before the film starts to find their position and enjoy refreshments.
We have capacity for 500 people to attend each showing, so 1000 in total. Last year, the event sold out within a couple of months!
Arrival from 12 midday (depending on set up duration) to be set up by 2:00pm. Event closes at around 9:15pm once the final movie has ended.
Pitch Hire charges:
*Please note that 100% of your pitch hire charge will be donated to Kirkwood Hospice and will be used to help care for people living with life limiting illnesses across Kirklees.*
£60.00 per pitch to attend for the entire day (both showings) - this includes a Street Trader License provided by Kirkwood Hospice so you will not be required to provide your own.
