Description:
This is the second North Notts Food Festival following on from the successful inaugral event last year.
We are looking for local artisan food producers who may wish to take a stall on the day to sample and trade. All types of food, drink and associated products welcome but sorry we are not looking for general catering trailers as there are lots of local cafes in the town that we need to support. We are happy for producers to cook from their stalls/pitches providing the relevant hygiene certificates are in place.
Celebrity chefs will be doing demos throughout the day complemented by children's cooking activities, entertainment and baking competition.
The event is free to visit and will be marketed by the BID and local partners.
