Hello, I am part of a small team organising a fundraising event for the proposed Normandy Community shop (Normandy, Surrey). We are holding a community show on Monday, 31 August and are looking for lots of great stallholders to come along and join us. The event is on from 11.00 am - 3.00 pm; the stall fee is £30.00 and PLI in amount of £5,000,000 is required.
A community fair is normally held on this date every year in (and outside of) the Village Hall, but this year it is specifically to raise funds for the Community Shop, which we are planning to have up and running towards the end of 2021. In addition to stalls inside and outside of the village hall,we will have a Dog Show (always popular and attracts both inside and outside of the village visitors. Other attractions will be craft activities for children, teas, coffee and lots of cake as well as various food and drink sellers. Normandy Village Hall has plenty of parking - and even better it is free.
