Mind, Body, Spirit event from 11-4pm at The Loughton Club. Admission on the door: £2.50 for adults / 16 and under FREE Pampering Treatments, Healings, 1-2-1 Psychic Readings, Retail stalls FREE workshops. Lots of stalls selling a variety of products from Crystals to healing jewellery. VEGAN food available.
