Description:
Chelmsford City Racecourse will again host the Life Arts Mind Body Spirit & Wellbeing Festival - a 2-day event being held from 5th to 6th June 2021, 9.45am to 5pm both days. We are again supporting Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. Over 1,800 visitors visited the event in 2019 and we had the best public reviews ever!
111+ wide ranging stalls; including, crystals, jewellery, expert wellbeing advice, taster treatments, readings, workshops, talks, demonstrations and delicious food choices. This year there will be even more food options including vegan and vegetarian. Live musicians will be performing on 2 stages with chillout music and comfy seating for you to relax. We will again have the Yoga Studio we introduced in 2019.
New for 2021 is a Chef's Stage demonstration area, with free tasters for you to experience!
