Lichfield Food Festival 2020.

The Lichfield Food Festival will be taking place on the 29th, 30th and 31st August around the streets of the City of Lichfield. Our Social Media pages went crazy with praise for the event and the weekend!

In 2019 we had over 176,000 visit this free event - with this in mind we have planned to make next year even bigger than ever before and have lots more activities for visitors to enjoy. 

Following our discussions with the Council we now have pleasure in informing you of the prices for the event.

If you express an interest/book, the rates are as follows for a 3m x 3m plot:

1 Day - £90.00 + vat

2 Days - £180.00 + vat

3 Days - £270.00 + vat

Additionally this year we will be offering traders and local business the option to take advantage of our social media campaign and also be a part of our festival programme. This is an opportunity to engage with the visitors to the festival by having your company logo and relevant offer in the programme. Our social media activity will give the traders two postings about their stalls and guarantees that people know all about you before the event. All of the above activity is charged at £50 per trader. 

As the event grew beyond our wildest dreams this year and for the safety of the traders and visitors next year we will be working alongside the Local Authority and Trading Standards again with regards to applications, however this year Cocker Hoop Creative will be handling all of the applications on your behalf. Please contact us for an application form and details for pre-payment of stall.

Payment must be made at the time of application by either cheque or BACS. In the event that your application is unsuccessful full refund will be made.
