Description:
Horsforth Gala is a well established event that attracts up to 4000 people on a sunny day. The event runs from noon to 4:30pm and is organised by volunteers. The gala starts with a parade that runs from the high school, down through the shopping area along Town Street, then along Hall Lane and arrives in the park at around 12.30pm.
We have a lot of small stalls run by businesses and charities as well as a family fairground, bouncy castles and other activities. There is an arena where we put on entertainment throughout the afternoon.
The charge for a 4.6m x 4.6m pitch is £40. Larger pitches are available if required.
We no longer need any more food vendors, ice cream sellers or bouncy castles. Those pitches have already been taken.
