Description:
Harpenden Town Council and Harpenden Round Table are delighted to be working together for Carnival 2020. Carnival will be held on the Common and will be free to the public. As with last year, all stallholders will be required to provide their own equipment such as gazebo, table etc.
The Harpenden Carnival usually attracts over 13,000 people throughout the day and is an excellent opportunity to promote your business and sell products. All proceeds go to charity.
