Enjoy Hallowe'en in Colne on Saturday, 31st October 2020 9am-4pm.
Our Hallowe'en in Colne celebration has it all: children's free face painting, a shop window competition, market stalls in the Parliament Street Car Park, funfair in the Hartley Square, crafts in the Market Hall, pumpkin competition, in the Creepy Corridor, fancy dress competition in front of the Market Hall, crafts and story telling in the Library plus Malkin Morris & Roughlee Ruffians performing front of the Library and in the Parliament Street Car Park also Helen Green's Dance Academy performing.
Hallowe'en in Colne is an opportunity to increase the family friendly element by providing the free entertainment.
