Description:
FloFest is a free, volunteer run community event in it's 8th year held in the beautiful Florence Park in Oxford. This event is on June 20th from 11am - 4.30pm. We expect everyone involved to be fully set up by 11am and to stay for the whole day - no one is to break down their pitch before 4.30pm. You are able to get access to the site from 9am and we would like everyone to be packed up and gone by 5.30pm as we have a second event starting at 6pm. Last year was a great year with lovely weather and we had over 4500 people attending - everyone did very well.
We are a totally volunteer run event, with many people bringing their professional skills to making the day as wonderful for everyone as we can - we would love to have you involved in our market area if you feel this works for you. We are NOT looking for any caterers, including icecream and candy floss, or any fairground rides.
