Description:
A May Festival has been held in Elstow for almost a century and in recent years has tripled in size.
This year it is being held on 2nd May from 12 Noon to 4pm. We have 40 stalls booked in and already have a fun fair and food / refreshments covered - and so will not be able to accept more of the same.
We are looking for even more unique gift and craft stalls to add to the variety we offer. A trade stall will cost just £20 for a 4mx4m pitch (Registered Charity £10).
There will be procession, crowning of the May Queen, maypole and country dancing, a Brass Band and 2 choirs to entertain the crowds
We regularly have in excess of 2000 attending although, to be honest the wind, rain and hail did put some off last year!! Even so 15 stalls re-booked within a week of drying out.
