Description:
Cotgrave Festival is an annual event, now in its 9th year, organised by members of the community featuring great family entertainment and displays.
The 2020 event will take place on Saturday 18th July, from 11m to 4pm on the Cotgrave Welfare Field.
We are lookng for stalls of all kinds, from food, drinks, craft, and charity groups, also arena acts.
We like to provide some free entertainment for the children (which is paid for from our funds and also with the support of Cotgrave Town Council, local Borough and County Councillors funding).
The entrance fee for the event is £1 for 12 years and over.
Chairty stalls are £10, Food Stalls are £50 and Business stalls are £25.
We can provide 1 free table per stall, additional tables can be supplied at a cost of £2.50 each.
Onsite parking is available on the day for stall holders.
