Description:
We are looking for a wide range of individuals and businesses from crafts to candles, clothes to cushions and scarves, toys, bags, books, hampers, artists, beer, wine, general market traders and more to join us for our Outdoor Christmas Markets.
These Outdoor Markets will be located in and around Alfie’s Cafe Courtyard outside The Alfresco Style Farm Shop and Garden Centre entrance which is the main thoroughfare to and from the car park. See Hatton Country World website for more information about the site.
Outdoor Market Stalls are provided by the Organiser.
Based on 2019 visitor numbers it is envisaged the foot fall will be approx. 4,000 – 6,000 to the whole site – Shopping Village, Markets, Adventure World etc - over a 2 day period Saturday & Sunday.
The Christmas Markets will be open from 10am until 5pm each day and the following charges apply:-
- £60 for Saturday or Sunday.
- £100 for Saturday and Sunday.
Dates available are:-
- Saturday 14th November & Sunday 15th November.
- Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November.
- Saturday 28th November & Sunday 29th November.
- Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th December.
- Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December.
- Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th December.
What is included:-
- Outdoor Market Stall with roof, back and sides – open at the front.
- Table – 8 foot x 3 foot.
- Chair.
- Tea & Coffee (weather permitting).
- 10% discount vouchers for café & restaurant.
- Special rate for admission to Hatton Adventure World.
- Parking.

Marketing
- On site posters, A boards, signs & table tops.
- E.shots to all Hatton contacts.
- Promoted on Hatton Shopping Village Facebook page and Owl Events and Marketing Facebook page.
- Stall holder’s social media sites.
- Markets now on, road signs.
- What’s on adverts in the local papers. Coventry, Leamington, Solihull Observers, Warwick/Leamington/Kenilworth Courier, Redditch Standard.
- Flyers are printed and distributed on site and locally.
- Adverts in Ferncumbe News and Claverdon Parish News.
There is catering and permanent shops on site.
Free tea and coffee is available for all stall holders – weather permitting. We have teamed up with the charity Alzheimer’s so donations into the charity box (next to the tea and coffee) in return for this would be most appreciated.
Hatton Country World is a side by side attraction encompassing Hatton Shopping Village (free admission) and Hatton Adventure World (paid for attraction, where Father Christmas will be – on specific dates) for more information please visit their website.
