Description:
The fete is being held on Saturday 4th July this year and has an average footfall of around 2,000 people. There is always lots going on, from the procession, fun fair, arena acts and classic vehicle show, to the real ale bar!
Please arrive to set up on the day from 9:30am, where you will be shown your plot. You can drive onto the field to unload, but we ask that you remove your car by 12:00pm. There is a large car parking field available nearby. The procession starts at 12:30pm and arrives in the field at 1:00pm, when the fete really starts. Usually the Fete winds down around 4:00pm, but stay as long as you wish! If you require any assistance, please find a member of the association wearing a yellow high visibility jacket.
You will need to supply your own tables, chairs and gazebos as needed for your stall. We charge £10 per table if pre-paid and £15 per table on the day. We do ask you to please take your rubbish away with you as we are limited on bins. Please indicate whether you have any necessary relevant Risk assessments and Food Certificates and please ensure these are with you on the day.
