Description:
We are looking for trading & catering for B LOVE 2020 music festival. We have an expected attendance of between 6000 to 10,000 over the weekend. This is dependant on external factors such as weather. Saturday is the busiest day of the festival. During the day our festival attracts a large number of families whilst the evening attracts an adult audience. We're interested in nice looking, quality catering. Please send pictures of your set up to blove@basingstoke.gov.uk and we will respond with a trading agreement to vendors who meet our requirements.
We are charging stallholders £100 for a 3x3m pitch. We are looking festival friendly trading i.e. glitter make up, hair etc. Please note we are a glass free event for safety reasons.Traders are unable to sell alcohol as bar contracts are arranged separately.
Please note as we have an outdoor cinema on the festival site on the Thursday and Friday night traders will be unable to arrive on site until 6am Saturday morning.
