Description:
ALANNAFEST 2020. SUNDAY 24TH MAY. 12-8PM. HEYSHAM CRICKET CLUB.
CHARITY EVENT IN AID OF CANCER CARE.
HUGE OUTDOOR MUSIC FESTIVAL WITH LIVE MUSIC ON OUTDOOR STAGE, INFLATABLES, CATERING, STALLS AND PUBLIC ENCOURAGED TO BRING CAMPING CHAIRS AND TABLES.
WHETHER DEPENDENT, THE FOOTFALL CAN BE LARGE. ON OUR BEST YEAR WE HAD OVER 4000 PEOPLE THROUGH THE GATES.
Our headlining bands this year are mainly Ska/Reggae and Indie/Punk, giving an amazing atmosphere for everyone.
Craft stalls/Small business stalls are £25 per 3mx3m pitch which will go straight into the charity pot. This donation price that does not cover sales of food, beverages or kids activities such as Face Painting, Sand Art etc.
We are looking for a variety of food stalls for the event. Pitch fees are £100 per vendor to which goes into the Charity Pot. This year we would like to introduce maybe a vegetarian option as the public have asked for this.
Own generators must be provided for electricity and relevant Food Hygiene and Insurance will be asked for prior the booking.

ICE CREAM VAN
BODY SHOP
CARRIBEAN BARBECUE
COFFEE
Carnival Games are welcome providing they are not on a trailer and are £30 per carnival game. Reports last year of profits for carnival games were phenomenal. Own Public Liability Insuarance will be requested before booking.
Every penny of profit will go to Cancer Care.
All pitch donations must be received by Friday 1st May so a pitch fee can then be created.
